It’s Tuesday. Already!
I’m still a non-smoker. I spent the week coughing up copious amounts of multicoloured phlegm, and am now starting my 13th day of easy breathing. I am feeling the better for it. I’m falling asleep more easily, and, amazingly, waking up more easily.
I’m doing very well on my negative resolutions, but I’m doing rubbish on my positive ones. So, I haven’t smoked, haven’t been spending/borrowing money I don’t have and haven’t been overeating. However, I haven’t started any exercise regime, haven’t been counting calories and haven’t been doing my 40 hours of study a week. I need a bit of a kick up the arse.
Anyway, time to measure and weigh.
Measurements: Quite good.
Neck: 17 inches/43.4 cm (same)
Chest: 49.5 inches/125.8 cm (same)
Arm:14.75 inches/ 37.8 cm (down – a little)
Waist: 51.75 inches/ 131.4 cm (down)
Thigh:26 inches/66.2 cm (same)
Weight: 21 st 9.5 lbs/303.5 lbs/137.5 kg Excellent! Down three and a half pounds, or 1.75 kg.
BMI is 46, body fat is 8 stone 12.25 lb or 41.1%.
All good! Now, say a little prayer for me that I keep it up, but I also get the finger out.
