So, weigh-ins will be every Sunday night, in the nip, on my brand new and expensive weighing scales. They will all be posted here, whether good or bad. I’m going to try to post something every day about how my new regime is going. Earlier tonight, I visited Tesco Extra in Finglas and bought all the necessaries to start my new life: the aforementioned expensive weighing scales, a pedometer, a water bottle, a kettle bell and protein powder. I’m €138 poorer, but much richer in enthusiasm. I’ll start including measurements here too, when I find myself a measuring tape.
I had my last supper – a Burger King XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger with fries, two Creme Eggs and a Twirl. I’ll have my last cigarette in a few minutes, before bed.

For those of you who are interested in what else the expensive scales tell me, my BMI is 48.8 (morbidly obese) and my body fat weighs 9 st 10.75, which is apparently 42.5% of my body as a whole.
